Quarterly Team Research Review
The quarterly review looks at how the team worked, not at how any strategy performed. Researchers, technology, and risk walked through the assumptions that were opened during the quarter and the checkpoints those assumptions passed through.
Items that skipped a review step, or that relied on a data field later marked incomplete, were sent back. Items that completed cross-review stayed in the monitoring pool for continued observation. No item was ranked, and no result was treated as a forecast.
The same meeting confirmed the working rule for the next quarter: risk questions are raised at the start of a research step, and a key conclusion is not final until another researcher has reviewed it.
